What Happened To…Kid Ink?

Kid Ink was infesting the clubs a couple of years ago with songs such as Main Chick, Body Language, Hotel and Show Me, but where is he now?

His 2015 effort Summer In The Winter sold 16,000 units in the first week, down from the 29,000 first week sales that his previous album Full Speed sold. This was considerably less than the 50,000 first week sales that his debut album My Own Lane sold. My Own Lane has now gone on to be certified gold, selling 500,000 copies.

During 2017, Kid Ink has appeared on songs with Tinie Tempah and Little Mix, on a remix of their hit song Touch.

On the 30th March 2017, he released a mixtape entitled RSS2 featuring the likes of Casey Veggies, King Los and Nef The Pharaoh.

Kid Ink is still around, however his popularity has dropped considerably.
